A development team reviewing code together on a screen

02 — WEB · SI

Software people actually use, built with you to the end

SI development where one team owns web, mobile, and internal platforms from concept to operations.

A few sentences of requirements is enough — we scope and sequence from there.

WHAT THIS IS

What loopon web development (SI) is

loopon web development (SI) covers corporate homepage and website builds and renewals, landing pages, and web, mobile, and internal platforms — one team from planning through operations. A few sentences of requirements is enough to start scoping, and we review a working build every two weeks. Public-sector work follows the e-Government Standard Framework through audit and handover.

When this fits

This practice is for you when

  • You know what to build, but there is no scope document yet

  • You want one team to own web, app, and internal systems to the end

  • You need operations and handover, not a build that stops at launch

  • You need public-sector SI on the e-Government Standard Framework

PUBLIC SECTOR · eGovFrame

Public-sector SI on the eGovFrame standard

eGovFrame, published by Korea's Ministry of the Interior and Safety, is the de facto standard for public information projects. It exists so the agency and the next contractor can pick the system up unchanged, which is why we design for handover and audit before we design for delivery. It runs on Spring and Java, so it continues straight from the backend stack above.

eGovFrame — Korea eGovernment Standard Framework portal logo

The eGovFrame logo and name are marks of the Korean Ministry of the Interior and Safety. loopon shows them to indicate the technical baseline it works with — they do not imply certification or a partnership.

  1. Matching the required framework version

We set up build and runtime environments against the eGovFrame version named in the tender, down to the JDK and build tooling that version requires.

  2. Common components first

We review the common components eGovFrame already ships before building anything new, and document what we changed and why wherever we had to customise.

  3. Web accessibility and audit readiness

We build to the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) from the start, and submit the material each audit stage asks for on the stage's own schedule.

  4. Handover deliverables

Analysis, design and test deliverables ship with the operations manual at project close. The bar is that a new owner can take over from the documents alone.

This describes our capability and coverage on eGovFrame-based public projects. Agency names and award records for individual projects are shared during consultation, only as far as our contracts allow.

What we cover

What we take on, how we work, and what you keep — split across three tabs.

  • New web, mobile, and internal platform development

  • Legacy system modernization and rebuilds

  • API, integration, and data pipeline design

How a project runs

We agree upfront on what comes out of each stage. No stage exists without a deliverable.

01

03

Build & QA

We ship a working increment every two weeks for you to review.
