Web Accessibility
What we have implemented with reference to the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) 2.2, and what we are still improving.
Effective 2026.08.19
루프온 (trading as loopon, the "Company") believes that everyone should be able to reach the information on its website, regardless of disability or browsing environment. The Company builds its public website with reference to the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) 2.2, and sets out on this page both what is currently implemented and what is still being improved.
This page does not mean that the Company has obtained web accessibility certification, nor that it meets every item of those guidelines. What follows is a factual account of what is actually implemented on the Company's website as at the date of publication, and this page is updated whenever the site changes.
1. What is implemented
The following is currently in place on the Company's public website (https://loopon.ai.kr and its related subdomains).
- Turning on the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system stops the animations and transitions across the site.
- The announcement banner at the top of the screen rotates automatically and can be stopped at any time with its pause and play button.
- Buttons, links, inputs and other primary controls show a visible focus indicator when they receive keyboard focus.
- Decorative images and icons that carry no meaning are hidden from assistive technology, and icon-only buttons carry a text label.
- Each page has a single page heading (h1), with lower-level headings used in order beneath it.
- Fields in the enquiry and diagnosis forms are tied to their labels, and our own dropdown can be operated with the arrow, Home, End and Esc keys as well as by typing characters, announcing the current selection to assistive technology.
- While the mobile menu is open the content behind it is made inert so that focus cannot escape, and closing it with the Esc key returns focus to the menu button.
- Form errors and processing results are sent to a live region so that assistive technology announces them immediately.
- We do not restrict zooming (pinch to zoom).
- The English, Japanese and Chinese pages declare their language on the surrounding region so that assistive technology reads them with the right pronunciation.
2. What is still being improved
The following is not yet in place or needs further work. We state it plainly and address it in turn.
- There is no "skip to content" link. We plan to add one so that keyboard users can move past the header and navigation straight to the main content.
- Focus indicators are applied component by component, so we cannot guarantee that every element has one. We are consolidating this into a site-wide rule.
- The scrolling partner logo strip and the auto-advancing tab section have no on-screen pause control; at present they stop only when the "reduce motion" setting is on.
- The language declared at the top of the document is fixed to Korean, and the other language trees declare their language on the surrounding region instead. Declaring the language per page remains an open item.
- Small type is used for some labels and captions, so we are revisiting our minimum text size for readers with low vision.
- Colour contrast is considered at the design stage, but we do not yet have measured records covering every page.
- Decorative background video has no captions. It is silent and is never used to convey information, but we continue to review alternatives.
- Apart from the main navigation in the header, navigation regions are not individually named, which can make it harder to skim between regions with assistive technology.
- The consultation widget at the bottom right of the screen is provided by an external service (Channel Talk), so the Company cannot directly adjust what is inside it. If the widget is difficult to use, please use the contacts below.
3. Reporting a barrier
