Refusal of Unauthorised Email Collection

We refuse any unauthorised collection of the email addresses published on the loopon website.

루프온 (trading as loopon, the "Company") refuses any unauthorised collection of the email addresses published on the websites it operates (https://loopon.ai.kr and its related subdomains) by means of an email collection program or any other technical device. Violations may be punished under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, etc.

1. Scope of this refusal

This refusal covers every email address published on the Company's website, wherever it appears — company and service information, enquiry guidance, job postings and legal notices alike.

2. Legal basis

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorised Collection of Email Addresses) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, etc. prohibits the following acts.

  • No person shall collect email addresses from an internet homepage that expressly states a refusal to allow such collection, by using a program that automatically collects email addresses or any other technical device.
  • No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the above.
  • No person shall use email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale and distribution are prohibited under the two provisions above.

By publishing this page, the Company expressly states its refusal to allow the collection of email addresses.

3. Action on violation

Where the Company identifies the transmission of information using email addresses collected without authorisation, or any other violation, despite this notice, it will take the necessary measures under the applicable laws, including reporting the matter to the investigative authorities. Violations may be punished under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, etc.
